When I'm not working I enjoy... Hot yoga, pilates, and cooking.
I love San Diego because... Of all the nature in and around the city.
What ballet or role would you like to dance (and why), but haven't yet? My dream role is Juliet from Romeo and Juliet. I think it would be amazing to express my love in the role. Also Arabian from The Nutcracker because it’s all about controlling your body. You can find beauty in many ways.
If I weren't a dancer, I'd be: A mom!
What is your favorite costume and why? Honestly all the tutus!! Whenever I put them on they make me feel like I’m a ballerina!!
What can always make you laugh? My English Bulldog, Tofu! Him doing nothing is already so funny —in case if you wanted to check him out: @englishbulldog_tofu
Describe your perfect day: I would say every day is perfect! I really appreciate what I have in my life.
What has been your most memorable moment as a dancer? Any time I’m on the stage, I feel free to express my feelings and show who I really am (especially because I’m not great at talking) —so being a dancer for me makes for so many memorable moments on the stage. One time, this absolutely random stranger told me I was her favorite dancer from the performance and it has always stayed with me as a special moment.
What is the hardest part about being a dancer? When I have to kill my feelings, which is all the time being a dancer! lol.
