  2. Number of entries into contest is determined by amount donated to California Ballet Company.
  3. A donation at a higher tier automatically includes entry into drawing at each lower tier.
  4. Winner of specific prizes may be restricted due to physical limitations and insurance liabilities.
  5. No exchanges or cash compensation allowed on any prize.
  6. All donations must be made prior to December 5, 2011 to qualify for sweepstakes entry.
